Studio reviews that run on numbers everyone agrees on.

For operations leaders at fitness franchisors with 20–50 studios. We make the scorecard trustworthy first, then put an agent on the assembly work — pulling the numbers, flagging what moved and why, and carrying last cycle’s commitments into this one, so area managers spend their week on studios instead of spreadsheets.

Thirty minutes, free, to scope it. You leave knowing which of the four areas is costing you most and what a fix looks like — whether or not you work with us.

PriceThe Data Trust Diagnostic is USD 6,000 (INR 1,50,000): a fixed-scope audit of how your KPIs are defined, assembled and reviewed, ending in a written remediation plan you own. Build work is quoted separately against that plan — never before it.

Who it's for

Built for the quarter where nobody trusts the scorecard

Two reports, both "right", both different

Conversion, churn and active members are each defined in more than one system, so two people pull the same metric and get two answers. The review then argues about the number instead of the studio.

Area managers assembling instead of coaching

At 50 studios and ten per manager, five area managers spend roughly twenty of every forty hours pulling numbers together — about 4,800 hours a year, or USD 216,000 at a USD 45 fully-loaded hour, before anyone has given a single piece of advice.

The advice depends on who gives it

Two area managers look at the same studio and recommend different things, because nothing writes down what "good" looks like or what was agreed last cycle. Each review starts from zero.

What's included

Everything you need to ship

One definition, one owner

Every KPI gets a single written definition, a named owner and one system of record. The disagreements stop because there is only one way to compute the number.

The assembly work, done by an agent

An agent pulls from your member management, billing and scheduling systems on a schedule, reconciles them against the agreed definitions, and produces the review pack — so a manager arrives at a review having read it, not built it.

Exceptions, not dashboards

The agent says which studios moved, by how much, and which of the two five-minute checks — conversion above 100%, open-ended freezes — came back wrong. Another dashboard is not the deliverable.

Memory across cycles

What was agreed last quarter is carried into this one, so a review can open with what changed since the last commitment rather than with introductions.

Guardrails on every action

The agent reads and drafts. Anything that writes to a system of record or reaches a franchisee goes through an approval step, with a log of what it decided and why.

Handover, not dependency

Definitions, prompts, pipelines and runbooks are yours at the end, documented well enough that your team can change a definition without calling us.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we need the data cleaned up before any of this works?

Partly, and that is the point of starting with the diagnostic rather than a build. An agent assembling numbers from definitions nobody agrees on just produces wrong answers faster. The first engagement fixes the definitions and the ownership; the automation comes after, against something stable.

How is this different from the BI dashboard we already pay for?

A dashboard shows you numbers once someone has decided what they mean and loaded them. The work we automate is everything before that — reconciling systems that disagree, catching the studio whose conversion reads 104%, and writing the review pack — and everything after it, which is remembering what was agreed. If your dashboard is already trusted, you may not need us.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

The Data Trust Diagnostic is USD 6,000 (INR 1,50,000) at a fixed scope, and ends in a written plan. Build work is quoted against that plan, so you see the number before committing, and you can take the plan to someone else.

Will an AI be making decisions about our franchisees?

No. It assembles, reconciles and drafts; a person decides. Anything that writes to a system of record or goes to a franchisee passes an approval step, and every action it took is logged with its reasoning.

We have 20 studios, not 50. Is this worth it?

The arithmetic scales down but does not vanish — two area managers at ten studios each still lose most of a week per cycle to assembly. The Trust Check takes five minutes and will tell you what it is costing you specifically, free, before you talk to anyone.
