Razorpay Payment Integration
Payment-first order flow: Razorpay payment completes before order is created. Atomic transactions ensure stock is reduced only after payment succeeds.
Three-Actor System
Student app for shopping, Flutter Web admin panel for store management, and delivery boy app for order fulfillment.
Document Upload & Print Service
Students upload files for printing. System extracts PDF pages, calculates costs, and includes print jobs in the same order as products.
Location-Based Geo-Fencing
Orders restricted to 5km radius around store using Google Maps API. Admin can configure the radius.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Order status flow: PLACED → CONFIRMED → OUT_FOR_DELIVERY → DELIVERED. Students see live delivery boy location.
Coupon & Discount System
Percentage and flat discounts with min-order and max-discount caps. Auto-discounts on cart threshold.
Store Open/Close Toggle
Admin can instantly open or close the store, blocking new orders without disrupting the system.
Delivery Boy Management
Admins create delivery boy accounts (no self-registration). Assign orders and track delivery status in real-time.
Admin Analytics & Reports
Date-ranged reports: order history, item-wise sales, category-wise sales, printout stats, user activity, and payment summary. CSV export.
Phone OTP Authentication
Twilio SMS-based OTP login for all three actors. Role-based access control: student, admin, delivery_boy.
